Hit The Ground Running

Morning sluggishness, so familiar to me as a thing that people have.
But it's not going to cut it for me.

On today's docket, I'd like to set shoulder lifting records & shoulder shrugging records.
Already started.

One of the inane pleasures I consider to be a part of my daily routine is the playing of games, mostly video, tablet, computer, phone, but I do love a good card or board game.

What I do in my morning routine is allow myself to play as many video games as my inner child wants to play, only the child is capped at 9-10 minutes per session, to be followed immediately by a session of Productive Work, for at least 15-20 minutes.

Normally, I get lost in the Productive Work, which I'll revisit.

If I didn't put the 9 minute cap on gaming, I'd play until completely sated, which normally takes a half hour to two hours long.

Whereas, with the cap, since I know I can always come back, I'm never upset to stop playing.
